The last few fasting periods have really snuck up on me and caught me completely unawares. I fall off the meal plan wagon only to find myself making sandwiches for lunch and supper. Two days in a row. And pasta for the two following day. Well, there could be worse things. Cheesy Pasta with Green Mix-in. Fruit Kabob with grapes, pineapple and orange. Fruit Smoothie and some nuts.
